Sam Bell
Sam has been involved in energy efficiency programs since his tenure at the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) starting in 1985. He was responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining training programs for that program. His expertise in training and curriculum development is outstanding and consists of hands-on training programs aimed at WAP contractors and related professionals.
In between stints with WAP, he provided technical support at NYSEO working with the ECB program, among others, as technical advisor and inspector. There, he conducted field inspections of 1-4 family housing to confirm proper installations funded by the agency, as well as providing technical assistance and advice to program managers.
