Russell Shaver
Russell was part of the review team for NYSEO’s HEAP program and provided training to some of the other programs specializing in steam trap, lighting, and heating plant energy improvements. He was part of the development team, which included Susan, for Energy Resources Development Corp’s contract to retrofit lighting at the 32 state psychiatric centers. He created training material, slides, and handouts.
Mr. Shaver has provided and conducted energy audits, developed cost estimates and energy savings for a variety of energy programs. Performed dozens of inspections, reviewed bids and specs, and interacted with local building officials and contractors to ensure acceptable installations. He has also assisted schools, hospitals, local governments, and residential facilities in developing energy conservation programs.
